Farm to Institution

An innovative new Farm-to-Institution program developed for area businesses by Partners for a Healthy City and Gretchen Swanson Center for Nutrition helps businesses brings fresh, healthy food directly to their own employees. The Center leads the Farm to Institution portion of the Live Well Omaha: Community Transformation Grant, which is supported by Federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention funds awarded to the Center by the Douglas County Health Department.
