Food Story

Calloway grew up in central Texas in a family that loved to cook fresh meals from scratch, mainly Mexican and Italian cuisine. He helped out in the kitchen from an early age and maintains a love of cooking today. He originally became interested in the sports performance side of nutrition in high school, but in college his focus shifted toward public health nutrition, particularly among low-income populations.
