Media Inquiries
The Gretchen Swanson Center for Nutrition has scientific research and evaluation expertise in multiple areas spanning across public health nutrition. For media relations, the Center can provide comments including the effectiveness and results of research studies, and how they translate to the general public on the following topics:
Approaches to increase consumption of local, fresh, whole, scratch-cooked foods (e. g, fruit and veg)
Evaluation through a health equity lens
Improving food access for populations that are marginalized and/or have limited income
