Food Story

With her history as a competitive figure skater, Reynolds has long been aware of how food and nutrition can impact health and performance. Now, however, she is happy working from the sidelines to promote health equity and food access in her community. She enjoys advocating for food security in underserved areas, challenging weight bias in the field of nutrition and volunteering with local food organizations. She can be found balancing out her nutritious meals by baking an inordinate number of sweet treats – her favorite food group.
