Partner: American Cancer Society
Funder: This guide is supported by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of a financial assistance award totaling $825,000 with 100% funded by CDC/HHS. The contents are those of the author(s) and do not necessarily represent the official views of, nor an endorsement by, CDC/HHS or the US Government.
The Center of Nutrition & Health Impact (formerly the Gretchen Swanson Center for Nutrition) collaborated with the American Cancer Society (ACS) to research policy, systems and environmental (PSE) approaches for improving nutrition and physical activity (NUPA) for cancers survivors. The Center and ACS developed a resource guide for Comprehensive Cancer Control Coalitions, which outlined evidence-based policy, systems and environmental approaches, corresponding data and resources to inform nutrition and physical activity efforts across the cancer continuum.
