Food Story
Freitag was raised in a generation of Snackwells, diet soda and low-fat everything. Nutrition was only seen as a way to lose weight. The impacts that food can have on our mental health and well-being is something Freitag prioritizes with her kids and she is committed to raising them with body neutrality, eating fresh and local when possible, and noticing how food affects mood, energy and mental health.
