Food Story

Some of Duffy’s favorite childhood memories are from annual trips to pick cherries in the NC mountains with family and friends (and eating all the cherry pie afterwards). They would road trip up with two or three other families and her parents would set them loose in the orchard with a bucket. Duffy would spend hours climbing in the trees and picking as many cherries as she could find (and launching a few at her sister). She hopes to pass on this tradition to her son, Rory.
