Food Story

Some of Kersten’s favorite memories center around food. From cooking family recipes with her Grandma, to attending Saturday farmers markets with her family, or feeling accomplished after spending hours harvesting garlic. These memories helped shape her dedication to the work of ensuring communities have access to nutritious foods and desire to support our local food systems.
