Food Story
With an undergraduate degree in nutrition and graduate training in program planning/evaluation and public health, Fung Uy’s interests expanded from an individual-level focus of food and nutrition behaviors to environmental and policy-level solutions surrounding global food systems issues. Not only is she a food and nutrition researcher, but she is also a foodie (Yelp Elite!), food traveler, and food justice advocate.
