Main takeaways and highlights: Dr. Yaroch enjoyed connecting with public health nutrition/dietetics colleagues and helping participants to gain a deeper understanding of contemporary issues including nutrition equity and security, sustainability, physical activity and more. This inaugural symposium gave Dr. Yaroch valuable insights into expanding the Center for Nutrition & Health Impact’s (formerly the Gretchen Swanson Center for Nutrition) scope of work in the years to come.
